Today was a great day for Sparks, Nevada! Ground was broken at the new Waterfront at the Marina project located on the northeast side of the Sparks Marina. The project is being developed by well-respected co-developers, LandCap Investment Partners and Guardian Investment Capital, both based in Southern California. The Reno-Sparks-Northern Nevada Chamber announced the finalists for its 2017 Annual Chamber Business Awards today. Sparks, Nevada was represented by two finalists in the Large Business of the Year category. The awards will be presented at the Chamber’s annual recognition luncheon on April 20, at the Atlantis Casino Resort.
